Garnet BS (Blasting Sand) is a natural, mineral blasting media with a minimum of dust for the use of many purposes. The main component consists of Indian almandine garnet, which is considered one of the hardest minerals characterized with excellent beam quality. Garnet BS is free of any toxic substances and heavy metals, and this meets all health and safety requirements.

Garnet BS provides an economical alternative to schlag abrasive and corundum. It is distinguished by a low consumption, high beam power, and by the fact low disposal costs. Garnet BS can be reused, depending on the time of application 4-10, for the high strength of the Indian almandine garnet.
